In this two-part series on Jehoshaphat, a contemporary of Elisha in biblical history, we examine how making unholy alliances was the bane of an otherwise righteous king. God, in his great mercy, continues to save Jehoshaphat even in the midst of these serious mistakes, and we can trust God to discipline us in love as well if we have made an unholy alliance.
